Baked Brie with Salami

Baked Brie with Salami
1   Brie (medium or large round)
    Italian Salami
    Garlic
    Parsley
1 t. Rosemary
1 t. Thyme
    Puff Pastry
1   Egg

Cut brie in half horizontally.

Fill with parsley, 2 layers of thinly sliced salami chopped up finely, chopped garlic (the amount depends of the brand of salami. With the good stuff, I don't put extra garlic in), rosemary and thyme.

Wrap in puff pastry; brush with egg white; seal corners, etc. well.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve warm with crackers. Provide knife, etc.
