Hot Crab Dip

Miller's Hot Crab Dip

lbs Crab (we used canned crab)
(actually this year we used crab stuffing!)
16 oz. Cream cheese
16 oz. extra sharp cheddar shredded cheese
8 oz. Sour cream
3/4 Tbs. Mayo (didn't use any in our recipe)
2 - 3 dash dry mustard (didn't have any and used regular mustard!)
a dash Onion powder
1 Tbs. Lemon juice

Use mixer and blend all except crab.
Add 1 Tbs. at a time of Sherry and blend again - Up to 3 Tablespoons.

Fold in Crab. Cook 325 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes in a deep bowl.

After bringing out hot from oven:
Sprinkle with cheese,
Sprinkle with green onion tips,
Sprinkle with parsley (didn't have any),
Sprinkle with Old Bay® seasoning.
Served at their Christmas party, December 2000.
