Herbed Salmon

Grilled Herbed Salmon
2 lbs. Salmon (use filets with skin - no turning needed)
1/2 cup Butter
1/3 cup Lemon juice
2 Tbs. minced Parsley
1-1/2 Tbs. Soy sauce
1-1/2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried Oregano
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper

Put sauce ingredients in a small pan on low heat until the butter melts.

Barbecue salmon for a few minutes,  then baste occasionally with the sauce until the salmon is done (~15 minutes per inch of thickness).

Serves 4.  (This makes a lot of sauce.  I made half the recipe and it was plenty for 1 pound of salmon.  We put more sauce on it when we ate it.

This is worth making, it's really good and easy.
