Put sauce ingredients in a small pan on low heat until the butter melts. Barbecue salmon for a few minutes, then baste occasionally with the sauce until the salmon is done (~15 minutes per inch of thickness). Serves 4. (This makes a lot of sauce. I made half the recipe and it was plenty for 1 pound of salmon. We put more sauce on it when we ate it. |
