Lasagne

Easy Beef Lasagne
3 cups Chunky-style spaghetti sauce
2 cups chopped cooked beef (about 10 oz.)
1 med. Zucchini, shredded (about 1 cup)
6   uncooked lasagne noodles
1 cup Ricotta or small curd creamed cottage cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Dried oregano leaves
1 tsp. Garlic salt
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8oz.)

Heat oven to 350°.

Mix spaghetti sauce, beef and zucchini.  Spread 1½ cups beef mixture in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 8 × 12 in.  Top with 3 noodles.

Mix ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, oregano and garlic salt; spread over noodles in dish.  Spread with 1½ cups of the beef mixture.  Top with remaining noodles, beef mixture and mozzarella cheese.

Bake uncovered about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.  Let stand 15 min before cutting.
