Salmon, Capers & Dill Sauce

Smoked Salmon, Capers and Dill Sauce
8 oz. Smoked Salmon
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 clove Garlic (Large), finely chopped
1 Tbs. Capers
1/4 cup chopped fresh Dill (or 1½ Tbs. dried)
2 Tbs. finely chopped red Onion (or any Onion)
1/4 tsp. Salt
    Pepper
2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese, grated

Combine all ingredients.

Serve on 8 oz. bow ties pasta.

Serves 4.

Can be cut in half to serve 2 people.

Garlicky Clam Sauce

Garlicky Clam Sauce
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
3 cans (6½ oz.) chopped Clams
2 Tbs. Clam juice
    Grated zest of 1 medium Lemon
1 tsp. dried Oregano
1/4 tsp. Crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
    Pepper
2 Tbs. Parsley
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Combine all ingredients.

Serve over 8 oz. linguine.

Serves 4.
