Artichoke Pizazz

Artichoke Pizazz
1 can (14 oz.) Artichoke hearts, quartered
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup Mayonnaise
  dash Garlic
2 Tbs. Green Onions, chopped

Drain and chop artichoke hearts in quarters (or buy a can that is already in quarters).

Combine artichokes, cheeses, mayonnaise, garlic and onion.

Place in 1½ quart casserole dish (9 in pie pan works) or quiche pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve hot with "sturdy" crackers (I use Wheatsworth® crackers).
