Drain and chop artichoke hearts in quarters (or buy a can that is already in quarters). Combine artichokes, cheeses, mayonnaise, garlic and onion. Place in 1½ quart casserole dish (9 in pie pan works) or quiche pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
