Vegetable Pack

Barbecue Vegetable Pack
4 slices Bacon
2 Tbs. Butter
1 tsp. Dill weed
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper

to 2
cups Carrots (1/2 of a small package of baby carrots is perfect)
2 cups Potatoes, cubed (One big one is about right.)
2 small Zucchini or yellow squash (I use 1 of each.)
1 med. Onion, cut in eights

Cook bacon.  Drain and cut in pieces.

Wash and cut up veggies - Potatoes into inch or so cubes, carrots smaller, squash larger.  Put into a heavy duty foil bag.

Melt butter with dill weed, salt and pepper.

Add butter mixture and bacon; seal.  Cook on grill for about 40 minutes or so, turning or shaking a couple times. (Don't puncture)

It's good and worth the trouble.  Makes enough for Dad and I for 2 dinners.  Heats up in microwave well.
